Music Playlists

Making music playlists is hard. How do people do this? Like I'm trying to make a playlist of songs that I can write fake dating fics to, but all I have on it is:

• love on the brain
• earned it
• if I never see your face again

This is difficult and I admire people who can actually do this.

Sometimes you just know the songs you want - and all the songs fit you OTP ;)
Sometimes if I'm making a list on a theme, say for a challenge comm or fic, I google the theme "songs about fake dating" "songs about pretend relationships", "lyrics this is makebelieve" and see what songs/articles come up :)
I also have to google lyrics a lot to make sure the song is suitable because the titles can be misleading ;P

It's Only Make Believe - Conway Twitty Again a little more one-sided affection but that's common in fake dating? One parter is either already in secret love with the other, or becomes so. (Or they're mutually in love but both think it's unrequited?)
