Naruto/xxxholic crossover/fusion thing in which Madara makes a deal with Yuuko for his brother's life. Yuuko tells him he can't pay the price, so he makes a deal for information instead. Said deal leads him to seek out Zetsu so that he can pay the price for his brother's life.
